By registering or using BonusRewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BonusRewards provides a digital scratch-and-win coupon platform for shop owners to engage customers. Shop owners create scratch cards and customers redeem coupons.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice. Failure to renew before expiry may result in service interruption.
Shop owners are solely responsible for honoring the coupons they create. BonusRewards is not liable for any disputes between shop owners and customers regarding coupon redemption.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service. Customer WhatsApp numbers collected through the platform are stored securely and used only to send updates from the respective shop.
You may not use BonusRewards for fraudulent purposes, to mislead customers, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.
BonusRewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.
